Beulah Fire Protection & Ambulance District, having received a grant from Colorado Parks & Wildlife, will be managing a loaner program for bear-resistent trash cans in human/bear conflict areas of Beulah Fire Protection District. Options offered will be Metal or Plastic trash cans. To qualify for the program residents will be required to sign an agreement that the can will be stored inside a garage or shed, and will only be placed outside on trash collection day.
