Classes
Beulah Fire currently offers a number of educational programs to better prepare our community for emergency events. Many of these programs can be readily modified to adapt to the personal needs of the group, school, or business. Please call the office for more information and to schedule any of the classes listed or with any suggested courses.
CPR Training (4 hours)
The program teaches basic life support and addresses breathing and cardiac emergencies in caring for adults, children, and infants. It is also designed to facilitate effective training, testing, and retesting in the use of an automated external defibrillator(AEDs).
First Aid (4 hours)
This program is designed to teach the latest first aid guidelines.
Blood Pressure Checks
District personnel can come to your home or you can come to the office to check your blood pressure at any time.
Residential Home Inspections
Home injuries and emergencies arise every minute of the day in the United States. How safe is your home from such things as fire, accidental falls, and trip hazards? This is a voluntary program that could reduce or remove unnecessary hazards in your home. District personnel will come to your home and conduct a safety inspection for free.
This program enhances the emergency services response times. A residential Knox-Box not only allows responders to enter a home unassisted, it also prevents forced entry damage and added stress to patients. Contact the District for details and individual costs for this program.
