Beulah Fire Cadets

Our Fire Cadet Program is designed for youth from freshman through senior year of high school age, who are interested in learning about a career in Fire Suppression and Emergency Medical Services. This program is not intended to be a direct recruiter of future firefighters, but rather gives young men and women an inside look into the Fire and Emergency Medicine profession.

Through classroom instruction, hands-on training, and volunteer work, Cadets are provided a base of knowledge and experience that will benefit them not only in fire service careers, but also in all future endeavors.

The program provides firefighting training, EMS training, ride alongs, career achievement, training scenarios, and scholarship opportunities.

Cadets assist firefighters/EMT's around the fire station including station maintenance, maintaining equipment, training drills, and by becoming involved with the community assisting with community relations and fire prevention.
