Garage sale:

Through volunteer efforts and donations from the community, the Auxiliary hosts an annual garage sale at Station One on the corner of Grand Ave and Pennsylvania.  Held in conjunction with the Community Garage Sale in June each year, this event is no ordinary yard sale!  Along with tools, equipment, furniture and odds and ends, you’ll find a variety of interesting and useful items. Favorites with the locals are our made-from-scratch Breakfast Burritos and homemade baked goods.  In 2014 we raised over $4,000 and with your support we’ll surpass that in 2015!  We’ll be open for business Friday and Saturday 6/26 and 6/27/15.

 

 

Taste of Beulah:

 

The Auxiliary also participates in the annual Taste of Beulah.  This popular food tasting event features tantalizing dishes prepared by some of Beulah’s best cooks.  You’ll enjoy foods from around the world and local favorites as well.  No one has ever walked away hungry from The Taste!  Come by the Community Center for a Taste on 6/13/15.

 

Cowboy Poetry Gathering:

 

By far our most anticipated event is the Cowboy Poetry Gathering.  Held at the Wild Turkey Ranch in September, this fundraiser features live music, poetry reading, BBQ and beer.  Set up in the big red barn is the Silent Auction.  There you’ll have a chance to bid on a variety of items donated by our supporters.  Local individuals and businesses also provide their support by sponsoring the event.  In 2014 we raised close to $8,000!  Limited tickets go on sale in August for the 9/12/15 event, so be sure to get yours early.
